The operating silos within banks makes it difficult to get anything done in a timely manner without leadership stepping in and forcing change.
That change can be challenging and I believe in the technology and the impact it can have on organizations. As a consultant we are viewed as a neutral party and have greater impact pulling teams together to create change.
