It's a journey to meet customers needs because those needs grow daily. Just as customers reinvent themselves, so must the banks.
A big opportunity for the financial services firms is to change their reputation by reinventing themselves and modernizing so they are attractive to new audiences and generations.
One way to do that, which is why I joined a technology company, is to make technologies better so that banks can more easily offer services so all would have equal access to services.
